To help our partners increase diversification, efficiency, and earnings while supporting rural and agricultural America.

Founder Bio – Logan Kreais, CPA

Founded Guaranteed Partners in 2025. Previously served as CFO of AgCredit, while also building a $500 million guaranteed purchase portfolio and managing the business analysis/intelligence area.

Gained audit, tax, and farming experience as an auditor at John Gerlach & Co., tax internships at Knueven Schroeder & Co., and on my family’s grain farm.

Earned undergraduate degrees in Accounting Financial and Accounting Managerial with minors in Finance and Small Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Findlay, a Master of Accountancy from Bowling Green State University, and graduated as a class officer from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University (LSU).

Free time is spent with friends and family camping, traveling, trap shooting, and cooking.

Why?

Build the AgCredit Portfolio

I once asked this question too. After a meeting with another association’s CFO about guaranteed purchases, management asked me to create this at AgCredit. I was open to it but curious why they chose me. They noted that these loans were more analytical than their traditional credit risk loans, and that I was analytical. Over time, I’ve realized this is true, but also that combining analytical skills with relationship building creates even better win/win strategies for everyone.

Start Guaranteed Purchases

Others noticed our success at AgCredit and were eager to start purchasing guaranteed loans. However, due to size, time, or other constraints, they struggled to lay the groundwork to begin purchasing in this market. It became clear that making this a small step for potential buyers, rather than the large leap is needed. Out of this realization came Guaranteed Partners, helping potential buyers to utilize our expertise, processes, resources and relationships.

Timeline

2006-2007

Phased out of working on my family’s grain farm.

2008-2024

Worked at AgCredit becoming a CPA and CFO.

2017-2024

Built AgCredit’s guaranteed purchase portfolio.

2025 On

Started and building Guaranteed Partners.
